The other kingdoms in the United Kingdom are Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Great Britain is a geographical term for the land that Wales, England and Scotland reside in, which is the eastmost island of the Great British Isles. The westmost island, Ireland, is home to the Republic of Ireland, which inhabits around 70% of Ireland, Northern Ireland, as mentioned earlier, is part of the UK despite not being in Great Britain. The Queen of England, as many people say, is not actually the Queen of England. She is the Queen of the United Kingdom.
